We pelletize our hops harvest annually. Pelletized hops are standard T90 pellets, sealed in mylar with a nitrogen-flush sealer. Pellets are stored frozen until sold.
We deliver green hops to local breweries every season. If you’re interested, please place a pre-order and we will coordinate with you as we get closer to the harvest date. Exact harvest date differs year-to-year according to hops variety and weather. Contacting us early is key for green hops.
Buy the entire hops bine and pull the hops off yourself. This saves you money due to the processing fee we pay to have our bines processed.
